Civil Services Preliminary Examinaion notification is issued on December 6, 2008.
" All applications must reach the "Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069" either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier, on or before the 5th January, 2009."
For the first hand information kindly visit http://upsc.gov.in/. Enter Examination link. Then Enter Notification Current link. This path is valid till January 5, 2009. After that, it is generally moved to the Archival Section and remains there till the next notification.
