UPSC topper Shubhra says hard work, faith paid off
The result can be accessed from the site of UPSC at www.upsc.gov.in. It was declared on May 4, 2009 as per the press notification available on the site of the commission.
This time commission has displayed the result in pdf format.
The press release says, "A total number of 791 candidates have been recommended for appointment including 364 General (including 13 Physically Challenged candidates), 236 Other Backward Classes(including 07 Physically Challenged candidates), 130 Scheduled Castes and 61 Scheduled Tribes candidates."
