Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders who are qualified professionals can practice in India. The Government of India has allowed this for Pravasi Bharti.
What does that mean?
Now there may be legal firms with team of their lawyers and CAs in every town.
There will be increase in Medicine students admission to East European country from where they would now claim OCI status.
