Editorial: RTI and Assets of Judges Debate
It is mere an opinion substantiated with good points for writing that is given in the appended report. The author is Dhananjay Mahapatra. It has reference to a judgement of SC on a petition of EC concerning the assets of the candidates coming for election. Further, it is mere an opinion.
The appended report can be used for polishing one's argument and essay on RTI and Assets of Judges controversy for April 2009 as well as October 2009 if it asked there.
