Baroness Bertha Sophie Felicita von Suttner: First Woman ever to get Peace Prize
The Nobel Peace Prize 2009 has been bestowed upon Barrack Obama, the President of United States of America. On this occasion, the Nobel website is also displaying some of the history of Nobel Peace Prizes.
In 1905, the Nobel Peace prize was given to Baroness Bertha Sophie Felicita von Suttner, the first woman ever to get the prize.
