There are six classic languages in India. They are Sanskrit, Palli, Prakrit, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu.
Tamil was declared classic language in 2004.
In order to qualify as a classic language, a language must have a recorded history of at least 1,500-2000 years and its literary tradition must be original and not borrowed from any speech community and must have a large and rich body of ancient literature.

What is WiMax?
According to WiMax forum, it is World Wide Interoperability for Microwave Access which is called WiMax in short.

Thirdly, the devices required to access it not costly and provided by many manufacturers. Fourthly, it can be used in combinations of other telecommunication technologies like 3G, 4G, GSM, CDMA and cable network. Further, the cost can be further reduced if the mobile phones, Digital Television, PCs and laptops which will be receiving points, already come fitted with required chips.
