The Candidates of 2008 Mains were expecting 3G to appear in the paper but it did not come.
Here in the given report virtually a note is given on 3G as any candidate should prepare his notes for Mains examination. Even if it has to be appear in Prelims 2009, then there are all the features which a candidate should know so that he may find the right answer to the question.
I believe many of you will approve my observation.
Just copy it and make you own notes with your own pen and notebook.
